Refund Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy

We make public our policy on refund and cancellation of donations received for the cause offline and purchase of product on payment gateway as under:-

We use payment gateway for single purposes; for receiving payments  for selling publications/products of the organization for the revenue generation for the cause.

For Receiving Donation:

Once received, the donation for a cause will not be refunded to the donor. No cancellation to be made. The donation will be used for the social developmental work of Shree Gauranga Foundation Trust.

For Selling Publications /Products online:

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. On cancellation of an order after it has been processed/approved by Shree Gauranga Foundation Trust, the cancellation charges will become applicable at a flat rate of 25% of the order value. Shree Gauranga Foundation Trust has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Shree Gauranga Foundation Trust and accept Shree Gauranga Foundation Trust decision regarding the cancellation. Products once dispatched cannot be returned. Nothing herein will prevent you from returning the product pursuant to rights available to you under applicable law.

Your product will be delivered to you within 20 days**

Cancellation must be within 3 days of placing the order.

**- Delivery time will be dependent on the size of the order as well as your location (National/International). The same will be communicated to you at the time of order placing.
